Eliza
A modern open source implementation of the classic. Eliza introduces the missing "win condition" in therapy we all know, but don't talk about: by eliciting the correct variation of responses from Eliza, players can be declared "sane".
This version uses code by Keith Weaver and takes heavy inspiration from Tom Bender's classic implementation.
Eliza is definitely not recommended as a therapeutic tool, but is infinitely patient and happy to use whatever name you give it. In the 90s, this was exactly how we got our kicks.
Tip: Players looking to win can see the residual therapeutic touchstones by clicking on the completion bar.
